I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue for no additional charge. However, corrections do not include changing the cut or color from the original consult.
If you make a retail purchase you are unsatisfied with, you can return the item with receipt for 30 days from your initial purchase, or you can exchange the item for full credit.
To be able to provide the best possible scheduling options for my guests, I require 24 hours notice to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your booked services that affect appointment length (for example: if you are booked for color & hair cut and then decide you only want the hair cut).
Cancelling, rescheduling, or "no-showing" will incur a 50% deposit towards your next service in order to schedule another appointment.
Your appointment time is specifically reserved for you. However, to honor everyone's scheduled appointment, if you are more than 10 minutes late, your services will be modified for the time allotted.
